Product Overview
A Pipe Saddle Repair Clamp is used for repairing leaks, cracks, corrosion, and localized damage around pipe saddle connections. Its saddle-shaped structure is designed to fit the curved surface of the main pipe while providing a reinforced connection around the affected area.
The assembly generally consists of a metal clamp body, sealing gasket, fastening bolts, and nuts. During installation, the clamp is positioned over the damaged section and tightened to compress the gasket against the pipe surface.
Structure and Sealing
The saddle-shaped clamp body follows the outside diameter of the pipeline to provide stable contact around the repair area. The sealing gasket is placed between the clamp and pipe surface to cover the damaged section and create a sealing interface.
The bolted fastening system applies clamping force to the assembly. The saddle configuration can also be designed around different pipe diameters, branch sizes, and connection arrangements.
